Moorlands Park

The construction of Moorlands Park Improvements is nearing completion. A park opening is planned this summer to showcase the new premier ball field, restroom building, picnic shelter, play area and walking loop that are located on this 3.5-acre parcel in the of City of Kenmore. Site planning for improvements preserved and protected the magnificent maple and fir trees that dominate the central part of the site, lending a pastoral feel to the entire park. Frontage improvements include an off-street sidewalk that winds into the park and a raingarden that provides water quality as well as a vegetative buffer from the busy street.
