Mr. MacLeod's training as a landscape architect and land planner, combined with over thirty-five years of experience in the Northwest has led to an emphasis on site planning and design within the firm. Mr. MacLeod has expertise in managing the design and document production on a wide range of public facilities that include parks, civic/community and medical centers, schools, and athletic facilities.

Mr. Reckord has worked for over thirty-five years in landscape architecture in the Northwest. His project experience includes park planning and design, master planning and design of trails, greenways and transportation corridors, urban design, and site planning and design for a wide variety of public, private and commercial facilities. Mr. Reckord has particular expertise in urban design, open space planning, and greenway planning.

Ms. Reckord has almost thirty years of experience in landscape architecture with an emphasis on public recreation planning, specializing in local and regional trail design and non-motorized transportation planning. Her interest in trail and non-motorized planning stems from a desire to balance the technical, standardized, solutions of road and trail design with emerging,more innovative alternatives that improve mobility, safety, sustainability, and community aesthetics.

Ms. Kiusalaas has twenty years of professional experience in landscape architecture, in both the Northwest and the east coast. Her experience and interests include a full-spectrum of projects including urban design and planning, master planning and site design for public parks and trails, as well as private, civic, and commercial developments.
